the_afafter some inspiration from a forum post, i decided to not only make my own marshmallows, but to make them self-contained smores. They're only halfway done now, but i'm pretty pumped, so i wanted to share a picture. I'm coating the top side with graham crumbs, and the bottom side will get coated in 60% dark chocolate. They're going to be fabulous.
